It's Time to Root Into
Your Wildness

Perhaps this is your experience:

#You want to connect to heal generational blocks, but nothing you've tried is working.

#You're wary of online programs cause they are often emotionally unsafe and not trauma informed.

#You are interested in developing your ability to stay curious and connected in your relationships in life.

#You are exploring ceremony and ritual and want to learn how to bring it into your life.

#You aren't sure if you even HAVE loving and wise ancestors to support you.

#You don't have time for excess fluff in your life. This work needs to be potent and direct.

a rooted and wild life might look like:

  • Freedom from the weight of your family's shadow

  • Having resilient and nourishing relationships

  • The ability to know and live by your values

  • Feeling ancestral support and unconditional love

  • A deeper sense of belonging

  • Trusting your intuition

  • Having the clarity to set boundaries

  • The freedom to spend more time in nature

  • A spiritual practice that is in alignment for you and your lineages

Who is Mallika?

Mallika is a curious and perceptive facilitator of healing, LMFT and creator of The Wild and Wise. She is initiated as a Dagara diviner, and has trained in psychology, Vedic traditions, group therapy, ancestral healing, ceremony and ritual, and more! She works with women to re-member their connection to self, ancestral wisdom and the Wild, incorporating shamanic journeying, rituals with the wild, dream analysis, psychological understanding, and therapeutic processing.

Mallika has done years of healing and re-wilding specifically related to the mother archetype. Through her own healing and training, she has found the deeper peace and love she was longing for. Mallika says she does this work because she knows the desire to not feel alone; just like you, she wants to be known and connected to other women who are re-weaving a more connected, integrated and loving world.

This is for you if:

  • You are interested in authentic, meaningful relationships with others

  • You have high expectations of your closest friends and feel an unmet longing to be seen or heard

  • Perfectionism is keeping you from your creativity

  • You've been interested in learning more about connecting to the other-than-human world

  • You are ready to integrate a perspective of wellness that's based in indigenous knowledge

  • You are able to listen for what you have to learn

This is not for you if:

  • You aren't really interested in relational work

  • You are turned off by words like prayer, blessing, ritual, sacred, ceremony, Divine, primal source, etc.

  • You hope to elicit revenge or punishment on others for past wrongdoings

  • You have some really intense family wounding and want to interface directly with the wounded, suffering ancestors

  • You've never really been in psychotherapy and think it's too expensive for what it is

  • You want to circumvent your feelings, and just fix the problem.

What is animism?

Animism comes from the latin word "Anima" which means: breath, spirit or life.
Animism is a point of view that aligns with the belief that animals, places and objects possess a distinct spiritual essence. Everything from water, rocks and trees to couches, concepts like envy and even words are seen as animated and alive.
This perspective has been a staple in many indigenous ways of life, many of which are still practiced today, including the Japanese Shinto way of life.
